Information we collect

Contact information you provide through forms, taxpayer information you share for VITA preparation, and event registration data.

How we use it

To prepare returns, deliver education, contact you about appointments, and report aggregate program metrics to the IRS. We do not sell your data.

Data handling

Taxpayer information is handled in accordance with IRS Publication 4299. Volunteer access is role-restricted, and records are retained per IRS requirements.

You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting privacy@rtcpa.org.
